Our quality control process covers the full production cycle, including:

• Incoming material inspection and verification
• In-process quality control during machining and assembly
• Assembly inspection and functional checks
• Pressure, leakage, and operational testing
• Final inspection prior to packing and shipment

Each stage is conducted in accordance with approved technical specifications and applicable standards.

Valves and valve systems are tested and inspected using established procedures, including:

• Hydrostatic pressure testing
• Seat leakage and shell leakage testing
• Functional and stroke testing
• Actuator and control performance verification
• Application-specific testing upon request

Inspection records and test reports can be provided for customer review and project documentation.

For OEM and project-based supply, our QC team provides additional support, including:

• Review of customer specifications and inspection requirements
• Coordination of third-party inspection when required
• Quality documentation preparation and submission
• Pre-shipment inspection and release control

This ensures that all products meet contractual and technical requirements before delivery.

We maintain product traceability throughout manufacturing and delivery by controlling:

• Material identification and batch records
• Inspection and test documentation
