UNIVERSAL ROBOT ACCESSORIES Flexible Holder System FHS-C-SET

Introduction

The Flexible Holder System (FHS) is used for dress pack on UR robots. It is designed for quick and tool-free installation. Both the basic body of the FHS and the Velcro tape are manufactured in a 2K process. This ensures a secure and non-slip fixing of the media supply as well as a robot-friendly mounting.
A modified conduit with a longitudinal slot is used, making it easy to pull in pre-assembled cables with plugs.
Complete set includes all necessary parts for UR3, UR5 and UR10.

 How does it work

  • Insert the cables into the conduit using the enclosed drawing tool.
  • Cut the ET strain relief and push the cables through the strain relief grommet.
  • Place the ET strain relief onto the corrugated pipe.
  • Pull the conduit through the Velcro strip on the top of the FHS.
  • Position the FHS on the robot and close it with Velcro tape.
