The A2000 axial flow control valve is a fully pressure-balanced sleeve control valve. It features a streamlined and uniformly symmetrical free-flow path, which reduces the impact of local instability of the valve.
This valve can be widely used for various applications including pressure regulation, speed control, turbulence reduction, and jet stream management. It enhances flow regulation in pipelines conveying natural gas, liquefied gas, crude oil, refined oil, and various chemical products.
With excellent pressure resistance and high flow capacity, the A2000 valve is particularly suitable for applications with significant pulsating pressure. It can effectively manage capacity issues even at the compressor outlet while improving control stability and reducing noise generation.
In a completely pressure-balanced spool design, the fluid medium flows uniformly through the flow sleeve. This results in minimal dynamic force from the medium on the spool and negligible impact on the operating force of the actuator from the pressure difference between the two sides of the valve. This feature allows even large-diameter valves to operate efficiently with smaller actuators, even under high-pressure drop conditions.

Subsequently, the ANS1400 valve series was born, offering a range of products that found extensive applications in various projects. These valves were widely deployed in twelve sub-transmission stations of the eastern section of the second line of the West-East Natural Gas Pipeline, as well as in gas pipeline projects in Hebei Zhuozhou, Shijiazhuang, Jiangsu Jintan, Hongkong China, and Chongqing Gas Group. The company's presence extended to over 50 pipeline projects.
