DVC6200 and 475 communicator valve calibration debugging steps

Enter the interface, select HART
Select online after enter
If there is an alarm signal, select YES and enter.
Online drop-down menu select configure (configuration) and then press enter
Select calibration (calibration) menu and press enter.
Select autocalibration
Warning menu select outofservice
Select CONTINUE after enter select travelcontrol
The valve automatic calibration without operation, just wait until the following interface
Automatic calibration completed OK button to confirm
Select OK
Modified to become inservice state, the calibration is complete.

Positioner feedback debugging instructions

In the configure (configuration) menu select manualsetup
Select the mode protection will inservice to OUTOFservice
Choose to change the meter mode
Select outofservice. enter and return
Warm reminder to choose OK
Select outputs in the manual setup to set the positioner feedback.
Select outputterminal
Select outputterminal
Select enable and enter
Be sure to select send send after the completion of the feedback using the settings. Remember to change the valve back to inservice status.
