1. Product Overview
The Auma SA series electric actuators are multi-turn electric actuators developed by the German Auma Group, specifically designed for industrial valve automation control. Suitable for applications such as switch gate valves and ball valves, the SA series is widely used in power, petrochemical, wastewater treatment, and other industries, thanks to its modular design, high-precision control, and excellent reliability. After the 2025 technical upgrade, the SA series supports the intelligent control unit ACV.2, enabling variable-speed regulation and soft start/stop functions, which significantly enhance valve lifespan and system energy efficiency. Its core advantage lies in the ability to combine with linear units (LE) to form linear actuators or pair with explosion-proof control units (e.g., SA Ex) for hazardous areas, meeting diverse requirements.

  • High-Precision Control
    The proportional controller continuously compares command signals with feedback signals to achieve precise valve positioning, with a sensitivity ≤1% and nonlinearity error ±1%. The ACV.2 intelligent control unit supports variable-speed adjustment, dynamically optimizing operating speed to reduce mechanical wear.
