The powerful combination of Wuzhong Instrument ABM Low-Temperature Large-Diameter Pressure-Balanced Cage Control Valve and Samson 3730-3 Digital Electro-Pneumatic Valve Positioner is specifically designed for extreme low-temperature and harsh working conditions. The ABM control valve adopts a pressure-balanced cage structure. The valve body is available in materials such as carbon steel and low-temperature stainless steel. The bonnet comes in standard type, finned type, and extended type, enabling stable operation in an ultra-low temperature environment of -196℃ to a high temperature of 530℃. The nominal diameter ranges from DN80 to DN400, meeting the requirements of large-flow control. The paired Samson 3730-3 positioner precisely drives the actuator of the control valve by receiving a 4-20mA electrical signal, achieving accurate adjustment of the valve opening. It supports multiple communication protocols such as HART and Profibus, facilitating remote monitoring and parameter setting.
