The Fisher FIELDVUE DPC2K is a stand-alone, microprocessor-based digital process controller capable of performing local PID control at the valve location. It eliminates the need for remote loop control by executing PID logic at the field level, directly driving pneumatic or electric final control elements like control valves, dampers, or actuators.
