The blue coplanar transmitter that's been on pipes since the 90s and keeps going
Go to any refinery or chemical plant built in the last 30 years and you'll see blue Rosemount 3051s everywhere. They replaced the old 1151s and just never broke. New ones have better electronics and HART, but the mounting is the same so you can swap an old one during turnaround without changing manifolds. Instrument guys like them because calibration is the same as always, parts are in every store room, and they hold accuracy year after year.
