• SVP does not operate (no output air pressure)? Check feedback lever angle (within ±20°), air leaks, electrical input signals, Auto/Manual switch in Auto, clean flapper and filter, perform self-diagnostics.
• Absence of full stroke or slow response? Verify zero/span adjustment, clean filter/flapper, ensure EPM drive signal is 50 ±25% duty.
• Hunting or overshoot? Adjust hysteresis from LIGHT to MEDIUM/HEAVY, set actuator size to smaller PARAM number, check feedback lever angle.
• No communication with software/HART? Check input signal wiring (min 4 mA required), refer to wiring method.
• LO IIN error? Input signal too low (<3.8 mA); provide at least 3.85 mA.
