The Tissin TS800 is a smart electro-pneumatic valve positioner designed to control the stroke of pneumatic control valves in response to a 4-20mA DC input signal from a control panel, DCS, or calibrator. Available in linear (TS800L) and rotary (TS800R) versions, it provides precise and reliable valve positioning for industrial process control.

This positioner features an LCD display with 4-button local control for convenient operation and quick auto-calibration. It includes PST (Partial Stroke Testing) and alarm functions, an auto/manual switch, and modular internal components for easier maintenance. A large flow pilot valve improves control speed, while the design offers strong resistance to vibration and impact. The unit is housed in an IP66 / NEMA4X enclosure suitable for demanding environments.
