Product Overview
Flowserve Logix 3800MD is a high-end modular smart digital valve positioner designed for pneumatic linear and rotary actuators. It converts standard 4-20mA HART signals into stable pneumatic output for precise valve stroke control. Equipped with non-contact magneto-resistive position sensor, dual-poppet pneumatic relay and ValveSight predictive diagnostic system, it achieves SIL 3 safety capability and global hazardous area certifications. Its split modular structure supports on-site maintenance and quick calibration, delivering stable performance for heavy-duty industrial process control scenarios.
