The Masoneilan SVI II AP (Smart Valve Interface Advanced Performance) is a digital valve positioner and controller that uses a 4-20 mA signal with HART communication to precisely control single-acting or double-acting pneumatic actuators. It features a non-contact magnetic position sensor and is designed for both linear and rotary control valves.

This advanced performance digital positioner combines high-accuracy positioning with real-time diagnostics and a local LCD with pushbuttons for easy setup. The non-contact Hall-effect sensor eliminates mechanical wear points inside the housing, supporting long service life and simplified mounting. Automated commissioning tools such as auto-stops and auto-tune help reduce setup time. Optional high-flow capacity can reduce or eliminate the need for external boosters or quick exhausts. The modular design supports field upgrades of options and firmware, and it integrates with major control systems and asset management software via HART, eDDL, and DTM technologies.
