AUMA SA and LE Linear Thrust Unit Multi-Turn Actuator for Industrial Valves High Performance

AUMA SA multi-turn actuators combined with LE linear thrust units convert rotary torque into precise axial thrust. The combination is designed for industrial valves that require linear stem travel (globe, gate, etc.). Standard versions cover strokes from 50 mm to 500 mm and thrusts from a few kN up to more than 200 kN.

• Converts multi-turn actuator torque into linear thrust via a self-locking stem
• Short-time duty S2 – 15 min (100 % load only for short periods during open/close)
• Flange connections according to DIN 3358 / EN ISO 5210
• Optional base mounting without valve flange
• Ambient temperature range –25 °C to +80 °C (options down to –60 °C or up to +120 °C)
• Enclosure protection IP67 (actuator typically IP68)
• Corrosion protection KS (high salinity / condensation environments)
• Clockwise-closing standard (LH stem extension); RH option available
