The Flowserve Logix 3200MD is a two-wire, 4-20 mA digital valve positioner that provides precise stem positioning for both double-acting and single-acting actuators in linear or rotary configurations. Fully powered by the input signal, it supports HART protocol for bidirectional communication and is configurable via the local interface, ValveSight software, or HART handheld communicators. It employs a two-stage control algorithm (inner-loop spool control and outer-loop stem position control) with electronic characterization, eliminating mechanical cams.

• Local user interface with QUICK-CAL button, jog buttons, DIP switches, and status LEDs for configuration, calibration, and diagnostics without external tools.
• Auto-tune and adjustable gain settings for optimized response across actuator sizes.
• Soft limits, Minimum Position Cutoff (MPC), and custom 21-point characterization.
• Intrinsically safe, explosion-proof, and non-incendive certifications (ATEX, FM/CSA, IECEx, InMetro, etc.).
• Advanced diagnostics including friction, leak, supply pressure, and pilot relay monitoring (Advanced/Pro options).
