Product Overview

The STI FT-I00ADSA is a high-capacity, high-precision digital-pneumatic smart valve positioner from the FasTrak series. It is designed as a direct replacement for conventional positioners and delivers excellent dynamic performance on both single- and double-acting actuators (with or without spring, piston or diaphragm). The model features intrinsically safe protection, integrated feedback, local display with push-button interface, and high-flow capacity (Cv 2.3).

• High flow capability up to 180 Nm³/h at 6 bar (Cv 2.3) – often eliminates the need for external volume boosters
• Self-calibration and independent PID / stroking-time parameters for open and close directions
• Local LCD display + push buttons for on-site configuration (aluminium housing only)
• HART communication + 4–20 mA position feedback
• Configurable digital inputs/outputs, travel limits, tight shut-off, split-range and characterisation curves
• IP66 / NEMA 4X aluminium housing with stainless-steel feedback shaft
• Standard fail-safe (Port A exhausted on power/signal loss)
