Product Overview

DVC6200 Digital Valve Positioner is a microprocessor-based digital valve controller designed for pneumatic control valve applications. It converts a 4–20 mA control signal into pneumatic output to accurately position linear and quarter-turn rotary valves.

The device supports HART 5 or HART 7 communication, providing access to configuration, calibration, operating status and diagnostic information through the control loop.

Its linkage-less, non-contact position feedback design eliminates mechanical contact between the position feedback system and valve stem, helping reduce wear and maintenance requirements. The unit can be used with compatible pneumatic actuators for process control applications in oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical processing, power generation, water treatment and other industrial environments.
